We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a SourceKod product, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as the product not working as described, a critical bug that prevents use, or the product not matching its description.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: you've already downloaded and fully used the product in a production application, you changed your mind after download without a valid technical reason, you purchased the wrong product and already downloaded it, or more than 30 days have passed since purchase.
To request a refund, email us at hello@sourcekod.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Product Name]". Include your order ID or purchase email, the product name, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may apply if you have partially used the product or if only part of a bundle did not meet your expectations.
