Upon purchase, SourceKod grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product(s) in your own projects. You may use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product as a standalone item.
You may use SourceKod products to: build commercial applications and SaaS products, create client projects, build internal tools, and modify the code to fit your specific needs. Each license is for one individual or one company. Agency or team licenses must be purchased separately.
You may NOT: resell or redistribute our products as code templates or boilerplates, share access to the product with third parties outside your organization, or claim authorship of the original product without modification.
SourceKod retains all intellectual property rights in our products. The license granted does not constitute a transfer of ownership. All code, design, and documentation remain the property of SourceKod.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to fix critical bugs reported by customers.
SourceKod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
We offer a 30-day refund policy. Please review our Refund Policy page for full details. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Product updates are provided at our discretion. While we strive to keep products up to date, we do not guarantee updates for any specific period. When updates are available, they will be accessible through your purchase link.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or our website.
